1. Returns and refunds are not supportedAs the wearable armor is a custom-made or hygiene-related product, for health and safety reasons, all orders once sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including but not limited to the following situations:
    Incorrect size/style selection;
    Personal subjective reasons (such as the color not meeting expectations);
    Unopened or used products (even if not worn).
  2. Handling of exceptional cases
    If the goods you receive have the following problems, please provide clear photos or video evidence to the customer service email problem@nailartaccesso.com within 48 hours after receiving the goods, and we will verify and handle it for you:
    Transportation damage (such as damaged packaging, broken nail plates);
    The wrong goods were dispatched (completely inconsistent with the order description);
    Quality issues (such as severe glue residue, obvious flaws on the nail surface).
    Note: A proof of the original unopened condition is required. After negotiation, reissue or partial compensation may be provided.
  3. Consumer Responsibility
    Please confirm the size before placing an order (you can refer to the measurement guide on the official website).
    The product display images may have color differences due to screen variations. It is recommended to refer to the multi-angle detail page.
    For those with allergic constitutions, please test the material of the nail plate first.
